COMPLETE CARE

Your trip taken care of — before, during, after

Everything you need before, during and after your trip: rights, insurance, connectivity and human support.

What if my flight is delayed or canceled?

You've got more rights than you think. In Europe, EU261 pays 250-600 EUR for 3h+ delays or cancellations. Brazil's ANAC 400 guarantees rebooking, full refund, hotel, and meals. Canada's APPR pays up to CAD$1000 depending on the delay. The US changed in 2024 — automatic refund, no extra cash. If you don't want the hassle, AirHelp handles it for 35% of what they recover. But you can DIY — most airlines pay without a fight.

Getting sick or injured while traveling

Schengen requires insurance with 30K EUR coverage — no insurance, no entry. Cuba demands $10K minimum. Good news: if you bought your flight with Visa Infinite or Amex Platinum, you've already got coverage up to $50-100K embedded. Regular card? Grab a separate plan — EKTA runs $30-50 for a week. Got a black/infinite card? Don't double-pay, it's wasted money. We'd rather you skip insurance than pay twice.

Hotel did not match expectations

Booking and Trip.com have a 24-48h refund policy when the room doesn't match the listing — about 70% of cases resolve in 24h. Document everything: photo of the room, photo from the listing, booking screenshot, in-app complaint with timestamp. Brazil's CDC Art. 37 protects against false advertising. Quebec's LPC gives you 10 days to cancel a distance contract. Booking is more flexible than Expedia. Documenting upfront is half the battle.

No internet at destination

eSIM activates in 5 minutes: download the app, scan the QR code, done. Works on iPhone XS+ and Android Pixel 3+ / Samsung S20+. Yesim is the cheapest (~$5-8 for 1GB/7 days in Europe). Airalo has the most polished app. Holafly offers unlimited data, more expensive upfront. Heads up: DO NOT buy an eSIM at the airport on arrival — it's 3-5x more expensive. Grab it before boarding using your home Wi-Fi. Costs 5-10x less than carrier roaming.

Payment and security

Payment via Stripe — PCI DSS Level 1, the same infrastructure Amazon and Mercado Livre use, with TLS 1.3 encryption. We don't store your card number or CVV, we just get the OK from Stripe. Accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Engineered peace of mind, not blind trust.

Who helps you if something goes wrong

Human reply, no fixed timeline. Email + Telegram as extra channels. No bot, no call center, no chatbot. Small brands have this edge — the founder answers. Big sites have 50 reps reading from a script. If that ever changes, we'll tell you first.
